MEC once again working with The Tolent Construction Team in delivering a 4-Storey apartment block, featuring a private roof terrace on the fourth floor, for client Modernistiq in York.

Designed by Den Architecture, a superbly finished project which is aesthetically in-keeping with the area, eco-friendly having been built on a Brownfield Site, which was a former retail outlet.
