Marshall Errock Construction successfully complete works at Stirling University ahead of programme and within budget. The new Halls of Residence combines polished and fair faced block with interfacing art stone bands to exemplary standards. The new state of the art building offers comfortable en-suite accommodation which meets the needs of the current diverse customer base. The flexibility of the layout allows students to either group rooms into self-contained flats or opt for a straight forward hotel style layout.





Marshall Errock Construction also successfully complete the Community Fire Station at Sniperley for Bowmer and Kirkland. We are delighted with the end result and look forward to working alongside Bowmer and Kirkland in the not too distant future.

 Marshall Errock Construction are rewarded for their efforts on Yesoiday Hatorah School for Paragon Construction with the award of the follow on work to the kitchen extension. We look forward to once again working alongside Paragon Construction.

May 2013

Following the successful completion of Morrison Street Office Development in Edinburgh for Mansell Construction, Marshall Errock Construction have been rewarded for their efforts by securing follow on work on the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine at Loughborough University. We look forward to this next venture together and in establishing a long and prospering relationship.

Marshall Errock Construction’s efforts are also rewarded with the award of Halbeath Retail Park for Tolent Construction which will bring hundreds of new jobs to the area. The new units will be built adjacent to the existing site that is currently being redeveloped.

April 2013

Upon successful completion of the site entrance to James Gillespie College MEC are proud to say that they have been awarded the following phase. This is the first phase of a £42 million re-development of the campus which will include an open gallery-like entrance that will be used to display the current achievements of the pupils. This project is forecast to be complete in time for the 2015 school term.

February 2013

MEC are part of a £192 million scheme which involves the upgrade of 41 schools within Northamptonshire.

This is the largest grouped schools project ever to be undertaken in the UK. With the successful delivery of 41 schools to time, cost and quality, it is a testament to the partnership working between public and private sectors.

The projects MEC have been awarded include;
· Kings Heath School
· Kingsley School
· Castle School
· Brair Hill School
· Standens Barn School

January 2013

Morrison Construction have chosen Marshall Errock Construction Limited to complete the entrance to the first phase of the James Gillespie Campus.

MEC have a great working relationship with Morrison Construction which we strive to better and improve upon. Plans to build a state-of-the-art building to accommodate James Gillespie’s High School have now been approved and this is the start of a 2 phase construction for the future pupils of Edinburgh. 

July 2012

Following the successful completion of Carnegie College, and Aggreko Manufacturing Unit at Dumbarton, MEC completes further follow on works for Morgan Sindall with the completion of student accommodation buildings at Edinburgh Heriot Watt University, value £1.2M.

The new residence buildings replace residences built in the early 1970s, and are planned as a contemporary re-interpretation of the traditional university quad courtyard plan, surrounding an outdoor social space, designed to be used as an extension of the indoor space living space, Edinburgh weather permitting of course.

June 2012

MEC as planned successfully handed over the New Art & Music Block at Southlands High School for Keepmoat Construction. This includes 3 large specialist Art rooms, a resource area, a sewing machine work room, outdoor work spaces and a school gallery to exhibit students and visiting artists work.

MEC also successfully handed over the new four-storey King’s Buildings Library at Edinburgh University for Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. The Library will provide enhanced learning resources and social facilities, providing high quality, flexible and IT rich study spaces that reflect changes in student learning and be a first phase in creating a ‘living heart’ and focal point, encouraging students to remain longer at Kings Buildings enhancing the intellectual community of the campus.

Another successful BSF handed over, this time working alongside F Parkinson Ltd. The client was extremely happy with our specialist brickwork panels – high standards and quality achieved once again. Please click on the link below!

The Emerson Groups chose Marshall Errock Construction Ltd to carry out their Specialist Natural Stone, Facing Brickwork and Curved
Blockwork Feature Walling, ahead of rival Stone and Brickwork contractors at the Altrincham Girls Grammar School. This represents the 18th School that M.E.C.Ltd have been awarded in the past 3-years. It also represents a rekindling of relationships with Emerson Group Projects whom we had worked with at Middlebrook Development Village in 1998, and completed the Glazed Brickwork, stack bonded and specialist blues and white blockwork for there contractor Birse at the Reebok Stadium in 1997.

Parkinson’s of Blackpool award St Peter’s High School Project in Manchester to Marshall Errock Construction Ltd. this includes the Masonry Brick, special feature panelled Brickwork and Blockwork, MEC have now successfully secured and completed 17-schools in 3-years. All resulting in follow on work with each client. St Peter’s School has been the subject of a Milestone event.
