Marshall Errock Construction are pleased to announce the completion of the Maple Ward project at Scarborough Hospital for Kier Construction, we have worked tremendously well together throughout the project and are rewarded for our efforts with the award of the masonry package at Princes Gate, Catterick. The new development will comprise of 20 retail units, a Premier Inn and a KFC, which will in turn create 700 new jobs.

As one of Kiers preferred sub-contractors Marshall Errock are delighted to be working with Kier on this prestigious development which is due to be complete in Spring 2015.

September 2014

Marshall Errock Construction successfully complete works at Stirling University ahead of programme and within budget. The new Halls of Residence combines polished and fair faced block with interfacing art stone bands to exemplary standards. The new state of the art building offers comfortable en-suite accommodation which meets the needs of the current diverse customer base. The flexibility of the layout allows students to either group rooms into self-contained flats or opt for a straight forward hotel style layout.





Marshall Errock Construction also successfully complete the Community Fire Station at Sniperley for Bowmer and Kirkland. We are delighted with the end result and look forward to working alongside Bowmer and Kirkland in the not too distant future.

 Marshall Errock Construction are rewarded for their efforts on Yesoiday Hatorah School for Paragon Construction with the award of the follow on work to the kitchen extension. We look forward to once again working alongside Paragon Construction.

August 2014

Marshall Errock Construction are awarded the new state of the art Fire and Rescue Training Facility at Bowburn. The facility will include classrooms, lecture theatres, simulation suites, and three fire engine bays. We look forward to delivering a project the community is proud of, in unison with ISG.

Marshall Errock Construction complete another venture with Galliford Try, handing over works at Solihull College on time and within budget.  A testament to all the efforts of combined staff who managed and co-ordinated the project. We are proud to be associated with Galliford Try and a big thank you for your continued support and recognition of sustained effort and delivery.

Marshall Errock Construction are pleased to announce the promotion of both Kelly Swann and Adam Errock into Company Director roles. The appointment is a result of their continual hard work and loyalty to the company. We are sure the companies continued success will be in safe hands.

 We would also like to congratulate Mr Ian Wilson on his promotion to Contracts Manager, whose dedication to his work and continued efforts have not gone unrecognised.
